1957-1958 Topps Basketball Cards
The Topps Company's first basketball set (and their only set released during the 1950's) contained 80 standard-sized cards. There were plenty of notable rookies in the set, including Bill Sharman, Bob Pettit, Dolph Schayes, Maurice Stokes, and Bill Russell. (This set contains Bill Sharman's and Maurice Stokes's only contemporarily-released cards.) Some cards in the set, including many more notable players, were double-printed.
