The Incredible Hulk
The Incredible Hulk trading cards were released in 1979 to coincide with the TV show featuring the heroic green-skinned monster from Marvel Comics. There were 88 cards and 22 stickers in the set.
The card fronts featured color photo stills from the show (and an occasional publicity shot) surrounded by a jagged green border. The title of the card sat below in yellow lettering, with the copyright line in small black type running along the bottom.
Card backs mostly contained puzzle pieces; 78 cards from the set held pieces to four different puzzles. The remaining ten cards gave a text block of TV Facts.
Stickers featured some of the same photos from the set, surrounded by yellow or pink outlines. Stickers were uncaptioned.
The price for this set generally includes stickers. This is a relatively common set and can be had for a modest amount of money.
